First day back. It’s always interesting to see the students after a long vacation. I would say over half of the students changed their hair – cuts, color, perm, extensions, – Lots of changes.
Everybody was glad to see me, and the faces were so cheerful until I said, “Ok, time to give me your homework”. *sigh* Some things never change….
But, we have only about 2 months until graduation, so I’m sure the students will get to work. We even have a school-wide speech contest on February 1st. I’ll prepare the students in the advanced English class. They have interesting topics like “Gambling”, “Coming of age (18 vs. 20)”, “Michael Jackson”.
Next month, I’ll tell you the result……
